He served at: Navy Recruiting Command (RTC), Great Lakes, IL; Naval Technical Training Center (NTTC), Meridian, MS; U.S.S Frank Cable, AS-40, Agana, Guam; Naval Air Station Sigonella (NASSIG), Sicily; and Military Entrance and Processing Station (MEPS) San Juan, Puerto Rico. Chance is an expert in planning and organizing and has traveled to over 20 countries on 6 continents. He is also a full-time missionary and enjoys bringing physical and spiritual relief to thousands of suffering and oppressed people – both in the U.S. and around the world. Chance is passionate about teaching and learning. In fact, one year, he read and listened to 75 books! He has acquired extensive training and knowledge in Management, Business, Leadership, Human Resources Management, Project Management, Non-Profit Administration, and Humanitarian Relief. Chance enjoys soccer, tennis, writing, thinking, and spending quality time with his B.M.W (Beautiful Marvelous Wife) – Rhonitta. Together, they travel frequently and make their home in Alabama.
